New Year Greetings from General Manager

Message from General ManagerWinter in Kyoto is special for visitors and residents alike. As the cold season deepens, and icy winds begin to blow, winter in Kyoto affords breathtaking glimpses of beauty, such as the tips of the branches of broad-green camellias that start to bloom with large red, white or peach-colored flowers. The flower symbolize longevity, and camellias can frequently be seen growing healthily at Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples.

In 2018, I and the team continue to look forward to welcoming our valued guests this winter and want to thank each of you for your continued support of Hyatt Regency Kyoto.

If there is any way that I may be of service in assuring that your visit, whether to dine or stay with us, exceeds your expectations, I hope you will not hesitate to contact me.

On behalf of all the team here at Hyatt Regency Kyoto I would like to extend my best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year.

With best personal regards,

Miriam Varoli
General Manager
