Touzan will be serving Takikomi-gohan that reflects the flavor of Dobinmushi (an autumn delicacy where seasonal ingredients are steamed in broth in earthenware teapot), using Matsutake mushrooms and Hamo (Japanese conger). The rice will be served in the form of Matsutake-gohan, to which the flavor and aroma of the Teriyaki Nagori-Hamo perfectly matches.
