The Grill
The Grill serves prime cuts of meat and the freshest seafood cooked in an open kitchen with wood-burning ovens. A wide range of dishes is prepared using different traditional cooking methods. The restaurant is located on the lobby level overlooking the traditional, peaceful Japanese garden.

This casual trattoria-style restaurant features authentic home-style Italian dishes and pizzas served directly from a show kitchen, creating a total sensory experience. A pastry boutique located at the entrance of the restaurant offers a variety of breads, pastries, chocolates and cakes, all beautifully packaged, that can be enjoyed in the restaurant or taken home.

Touzan
The unique and stylish Japanese restaurant, Touzan, is modelled after the heart of a traditional Kyoto-style house and offers three choices of cuisine: a Charcoal Grill, a Sushi and a Bar with a wide range of premium sakes…all under one roof. All menus feature the freshest seasonal products from the local market. Touzan also offers a showcase of the products it uses, a private dining area with a peaceful Japanese Garden view.
